Failed install on VMWare of XP-Sp2

OK, I tried to create a skinny XP-SP2 installation to run on VMWare.

The "Copying Files" phase could not find:

KS.SYS

NDISUIO.SYS

P3.SYS

PARPORT.SYS

PID.DLL

PROCESSR.SYS

SONYDCAM.SYS

STREAM.SYS

TUNMP.SYS

WZCSAPI.DLL

WZCSVC.DLL

MSH263.DRV

USBINTEL.SYS

NTKRPAMP.EXE

MOUCLASS.SYS (This one would explain the awol mouse)

After reboot errored with

Cannot find C:\DSPdsblr.exe

And the installation itself errored with

Error running ....Intl.cpl

The INI file is attached.

So, what did I remove that was important and caused these problems ?
