golden9 Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 Can anyone tell me what software would be used to allow me to take preferably my desktop or at least applications with me while I travel by putting them on a jumpdrive. This way I can take the jumpdrive and then plug it into a pc in another location and start to work like I was on my own machine. Any advice would be appreciated. golden9 Posted February 4, 2007 Author Posted February 4, 2007 Thanks for the Quick Reply...will check it out...Might be exactly what I was looking for. Will reply when I have verified.
bonestonne Posted February 4, 2007 Posted February 4, 2007 you could [with free programs] copy the folders from the "Program Folder" to the drive...with shareware and other software you need to pay for, it will work, but you'll need to enter licensing details on each computer you use it with.
