BoardBabe Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 Anyone know what the different Vista DVD volume labels are? And what they identify?Like in XP: link.
BoardBabe Posted February 3, 2007 Author Posted February 3, 2007 Please post your Vista (hologram) DVD label and what version and language of Vista you are running.
Biohead Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 I wouldn't be surprised if alot of them have the same labels, the only differences being X86/X64/CD Version. Anyway, the versions I can get from Technet AND Connect both have the label LRMCFRE_EN. It's capable of installing ANY X86 version (Even Enterprise AFAIK) and is a DVD ISO rather than a spanned 5 CD ISO.
platima Posted April 16, 2008 Posted April 16, 2008 Theres x86 and x64 versions, and theres also now SP0 and SP1. Not sure about OEM/Upgrade/Retail, but im guessing it all uses the same media. That means theres 4 volume labels out there at the moment. From what i have found:Vista SP0 x86: LRMCFRE_EN_DVDVista SP0 x64: LRMCxFRE_EN_DVD (Pretty certain its not SP1)Anyone got any SP1 keys? And theres different region versions, but it would just be *E_RU_DVD*, *E_CH_DVD*Regards
