hi bautistasbr! allow me to quote this as this is a very simple sample but outright direct:

From a command prompt: (assuming the file is at root level)

C:\>expand Winbrand.dl_ Winbrand.dll

(do your editing, once it's done)

C:\>makecab Winbrand.dll Winbrand.dl_
