close button dont work !

when i wanna close any window or aplication the close button dont work and more than that when i right click on the miniaturised aplication on the taskbar i get nothing!!

so pleaz any help is welcome

it happened after installing tweakVI and kaspersky i got a blue screen and than after restart the close button was disabled

but i fixed it now with SFC /scannow on the safe mode

Im no mod but dudes, please don't talk about stuff like "cracks" here.

Anyway setting your BIOS on 2099 isn't a crack or illegal, but it makes it

sound real bad when you say "crack" especially when you don't really

need to say it! Its not a "crack" its a trick.
