I installed the above update on my Compaq 7380 DMT running Windows 98SE. It placed a A: Floppy disk and D: Removable disk on my Windows Explorer. sometime they work and sometimes they don't. I removed the upgrade but these drives won't go away. When I run in "Safe Mode" everything behaves properly and these drives are not hard coded in Windows Exporer.

They are both removable drives and I want them to leave when they are not in the system.

Can anyone help direct me to what I need to change?
