lemon jelly
I have an iso of 2K thats been on here for a while and I'm now trying to get it to work with Vmware but it tells me that NTLDR is missing and I guess it's because my boot info is missing? I am trying to extract it using UltraISO but the CD keeps spinning when in the drive and UltraISO just locks up. What fles do I need? Is it just boot.bin or something? phkninja
boot.bin usually. you could jst try googling "win2000" boot files as places like bootdisk.com distribute the bootfiles for people to downloador go hereWin 2K Boot CD Tutorial (with downloads)
lemon jelly
Hmmm, the boot.bin file given on http://www.thetechguide.com/win2kbootcd/ looks like it's not from a 2K CD, it won't run setup.

jeff.sadowski
There was discussion on how to do this using syslinux as well on the syslinux mailing list.
