I get the message "the specified destination is not reachable&quo

I used Nlite to make a lite version of my Windows Xp Pro. After installing it everything seemed fine but I couldn't connect to the internet for some unknown reason. I keep on getting a message saying "the specified destination is not reachable" What might the problem be? What did I most likely remove that I shouldn't have?
