I have downloaded sp2 from microsoft link floating around everywhere but, I either get access denied, or it will get almost through updating then, quit, and tell me the system has been partially updated, and sometimes it can not copy some files, which I can't remember which ones at the moment. So I am trying to do a re-download, and see how it works out. I have also tried installing in safe mode, no luck either.

I did a re-download, and it goes to the hardware cofiguration screen, where it's checking out what hardware I have then closes.
