senalphsarci Posted September 25, 2003 Posted September 25, 2003 i'm dual booting win2k3 with winxp pro and my scanner will work with winxp pro but not 2k3. the driver installs fine....but i dont konw whats wrong...
Skyfrog Posted September 25, 2003 Posted September 25, 2003 Be sure to enable the Windows Image Aquisition service (WIA). Type services.msc to get to the settings. You may want to check out the 2003 to a workstation guide for more advice.
