Featured Replies

when i try to open the command prompt from xp's start menu or the run icon in the menu i get a window pop up that says

"C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe" and the big X with dialoge that states "Another program is currently using this file."

how do i regain control of my computer

Looks like you might have a virus... W32/Bropia.F!worm.im

I would run a full system scan for all viruses/malware/spyware ASAP!

Attempts to use CMD.EXE are blocked on infected systems, and an error is displayed with this text -

cmd

(X) Another program is currently using this file.

[OK]
