Company name in outlook calendar

It there a was to show the company name along with the description of an appointment in Outlook 2003? We have been using ACT and we can set the name of the company plus the descipion of the appointment in the time slot in the calendar. To this point, I have not been able to figure out how to do it.

You can't just type the name of company in the description portion of the meeting and then the meeting name? Or in the body of the appt?
