Having trouble testing UA CD in VMWare Server

I last used the server to test a CD a while ago, now i went to go test out a new CD i've made and it wont boot. The VM's screen goes black for a sec when it initially loads the CD and then the VM restarts. This is the first time i've used nlite to make the disk, but my cdimage.exe stuff is on a dead hdd.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? or if its just my disk?
