Oh my god, who can help me?

version 1.3 RC (and beta) : Have error setup (can not load Internet congf ICFGNT.DLL ) ,when I add windowns Media Player 11 to setup file (patch). Althoung setuping completed, but Some important errors is happen, and I can not use Win.... (and miss theme , Windows Installer ,......)

And add themes, after that, I setup in Windows (XP) ,it say that can not find theme (.themestyle .JPG .....). But if i setup by CD (boot in DOS), everything is ok!!!!????
