Audigy 2 drivers Observation

As I was testing my latest unattended installation, I noticed that I could not install the latest drivers from creative without previous driver being installed. I found this odd but carried on.

I extracted the file and udpated the drivers from the drivers directory using device manager and update drivers.

This updated everything and sound appeared normal. I think this drive directory can be added to the drivers directory.

Any input to this?

Does anyone think this can be carried over to the oem driver directory?
