Unattended Install Problem

I use this command to install an OS to Drive D:\

winnt /s:%SRCDRV% /u:%UNATTENDED% /t:D:\

This command works fine for XP and W2K but on Windows 2003 it refuses to install to D:\ and tries to install to C:\ but there is already an operating system there.

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this? The Install has to be completely unattended!
