IE7 Windows XP SP2 ESN

I am unable to integrate IE7 into XP Service Pack 2 Spanish. If I use the direct method, I receive no errors, but when I install the image and try to launch IE it crashes (the Internet Option control panel applet is missing too). The problem is easily fixed by reinstalling IE7 after completing windows installation.

If I use the standard method (the /integrate switch) I get an error stating that that switch is un-recognized, for some reason the ESN version of IE7 doesn't support the integrate switch.

I had no issues with the English versions of XP and IE7, everything went smoothly
