ms outlook - system cannot find file specified - attachments

Greetings:

I am receiving an error, "The System Cannot Find The File Specified" when I attempt to open .jpg files attached to email in MS Outlook 2003. This only happens on one specific computer and the attachments can be opened by other computers I have when I send the email to them. These other computers are also running MS Outlook 2003 and XP.

I would appreciate any advice on how to overcome this problem since a search of Microsoft.com's support section came up with nothing.

Make sure that Outlook doesn't block .jpg format in attachments.
