Power Management setting

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way to set up power management for all users somewhere while setting up Windows XP? I have seen some people do this, but it's not working for me.

   FontSmoothing=ClearType
   PowerScheme=Presentation

The Cleartype didn't work either but I took care of that in my Default User profile. I'd really like to use "Presentation" power setting so the screen does not blank out when noone is logged in. I wouldn't mind getting cleartype to work either but it's as big a priority.

I found the reference to these settings in the ref.chm file that Microsoft provides. Problem is they are talking about using this in the Winbom.ini file. I tried to apply it to the winnt.sif and it's not working. That also could be the reason it's not working.
