How to System Repair install from console

Do you know how to Install Repair install from XP Cd Repair console ?`

Ok when it like ask what windows in hard drive then system admin pass and you go console ?

How the hell i can restore / repair ... ???

Using NTFS and the hard drive is in different machine is giving BSOD or booting...

I think XP has quite very crappy console...now that i have been studying it :/

Even older w2k has better repair console than xp.
