Does anyone encounter problems when using IMAP accounts (AOL) with Outlook 2007?

Every so often the program hangs up, lower right hand corner "Dounloading Hierarchy".. It costs me 30-40 seconds every time I switch between accounts.. Sometimes it is normal, sometimes it hangs up.. Just wondering if it happens only with IMAPs

I get email from AOL/AIM no problem, it is when I start Outlook 2007 I always get hangups on "Downloading Hierarchy" or "Unable to connect to IMAP account" .. It is set up right because it does work. After it hangs for 30-40 secs it comes back usable.. its hard to explain.. Maybe it is the AOL servers..

I remember when I used a previous beta version of office 2007 I've had several things that hang for a few seconds too, but for AIM server, actually it is responsive more then gmail
