Configuring Office 2003 Resource Kit

Well i did get it to install however i have a couple of questions about configuring it. Does anyone know where either in office xp or office 2003 location to turn off the language bar would be? This is in office there is an option to turn on or off or add shortcuts to the desktop and all of that jazz. Also does anyone know how to turn off in excel when you click on a hyperlink it gives you a message saying Hyperlinks can be harmful to your computer are you sure you want to proceed.
