Is it possible to print out a listing of the songs in the WMP database??

well the WPL files can be opened with wordpad and they contain the list of files.so u can print them from there and if u want the list of all ur playlists im afraid you have to copy/paste them all in one file.i dont know any other way.(maybe a third-party software?)
