XPizeSettings.exe 4.6 b1 crashes

i just installed xpize 4.60 b1 and it's the only version i have ever installed on my computer, but whenever i try to run XPizeSettings.exe manually or from the control panel i get an application error? i can see that all my icons and stuff have changed though.

Do you have the .net framework installed?
