Split Dual CPU on windows 2003

Hello All,

I have a hardware with 2 CPU. What I am trying to do is to split the load.

SQL databases will use one CPU and OS will use second CPU.

Is it possible?

open taskmanager

select the application ,rightclick and select Set Affinity

and tick the desired processor only

to do this on regular basis use some "process.exe" or like app to set the priority in startup
