I cannot view a reply

Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 sp2

When I send out an email the receiver replies and I cannot see their response, only my original email to them.

Please help

I'm only guessing...having you tried selecting what you cannot see in the message area? Perhaps you have a background that matches the color of the font??
