Dragunov Posted December 19, 2006 Posted December 19, 2006 Hi,I wanted to shutdown some programs from starting up with my system in tab: 'startup' in msconfig, but it gave me an error when I apply:there is an access deny error when trying to start a service.....But, the weird thing: I have admin rightsand pc is totally updated with all the fixes for xpI use Kaspersky AV 6 and also installed ad aware, spybit and windows defender If anybody can help me, thx
nitroshift Posted December 19, 2006 Posted December 19, 2006 You get that error when tryin to start up a service or shut it down? If it's the latter, use unlocker.
