Retransmit shoutcast stream

why? Because I have a lan and I don't want everybody to connect to the radio station. So I want to use the server to retransmit the station inside the network. It would be nice to let the user choose from some station and also this whole thing to be on demand. I mean the server contacts the station when a user access the playlist. I believe Windows Media Services will do the thing but I can't force it to use a shoutcast stream. So is it possible?
