Unable to boot PE or RE from DVD image

first i have working winPE and winRE WIM on my hdd

booting perfectly

then i made a dvd image with both these with bcd setup

made udf only iso abt 350MB

and tried on VPC2007beta

i both working correctly as like were in the HDD

No probz till here

Then i remade dvd image with added data.

Now the image is about 4.28GB

then i mount i with daemon tools

and put the virtual drive for VPC to boot

it shows i cannot load \boot\bcd

????

i checked the LBA sector numbers for boot folder files and bootmgr -- they are far at the end

my Qn. is

is it possible to order the storing of files in the image (and so in DVD) ?

ie i specify

bootmgr should be written first

followed by boot folder

then the sources folder

can any one help ??
