I have tried creating a silent/switchless installer for adobe reader 8 and have had no luck.would any body be able to whip one up and post the link for download?Download link Please uncheck the google toolbar option.I have tried a tutorial and all that fun jazz and had no luck.any help would be much appreciated.

If that does not meet your needs you may use the original downloaded installer with these switches for a FULL installation; *.exe /sAll /rsanother hint in finding available switches to use is to run this command; *.exe /?With adobe reader 8 and the above command, the following image is displyed to the usershark

I will play around with that now. Currently trying to make a switchless installer for 7.0.8 since it is what we use here at work.
mrreload Posted December 22, 2006 Posted December 22, 2006 Install Reader 8 and in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 8.0\Setup Files\{AC76BA86-7AD7-1033-7B44-A80000000002}You will find the Msi which makes it easy to silence it.
