Question about ExecTime

I was having trouble getting the settings controlled by 'userpreferencesmask'

to be applied correctly. I made a batch that would run when each user logged on.

But that didn't work. So I made the batch run when the computer is booted

and that seems to be working. But I have a question.

The files are placed in 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\GroupPolicy\Machine\Scripts\Startup'

And this regtweak is applied

What is the ExecTime for? I found a few items searching, but I couldn't see that they

had anything to do with this. But I could be wrong. They mostly had to do with XML

and programing.
