Moving from Mac

I use a iMac, with Office 2004 for Mac.

I use MS Entourage for my E-mail as I don't like mac mail. I want to move my address book from the Mac mail Program to Entourage but cannot figure out how to do it. I have tried everything I have read in the help manuals but cannot do it.

does anyone know of a SIMPLE procedure rather than re-enter everything by hand.
