Enable/Disable On-Board NIC

Hello everyone,

I have been trying for a while now to write a script for WinPE that can enable or disable the on board network adapter, but I do not know how I can do that. I was thinking of using the WMI classes, but I do not know where to start. Using the WMI classes I can find the name of the NIC, the IP and all the other good stuff; but it seems that all those classes are read only and therefore I cannot modify the parameters.

Any suggestions from anyone would be appreciated.
