CD Shell Website Unavaliable

Looking to create my first multi OS win/linux DVD But can't get cd shell so am kind of stuck in the starting blocks!.

Please help.

Here's a basic boot folder to get you started

I've removed the tools, licenses, graphics and scripts folders. You don't really need these anyway!

I've included the bcdw module just to save you the trouble of getting it.
