Why Is This Happening?

I am using a standard winnt.sif file on a floppy for an xp unattended install. My Raid Drivers are on the same floppy. The Floppy and XP Pro install CD are in their

appropriate drive bays. Bios is set to boot from cd which it does. At the blue setup screen I hit F6 for 3 secs like your supposed to do. Third party screen comes up I hit "s" then pick the xp raid driver hit enter and textmode setup is on its way I pick the partition I want to install to The drivers are Copied, It reboots, goes through the GUI setup all the way to either the two minutes remaing mark or to the end reboots then just before the windows logo it reboots again.Thats is far as I can go. I should be able to go to the final phase of this installation But the computer doen't want to send me there. Here is a copy of winnt.sif Please Help

I think OemPreinstall=No needs to be set to Yes
