mouse clicking

I am listening to web radio and i want to turn off mouse clicks sounds and new page activating sound. I cannot locate any stop sound association in mouse properties and taskbar and start menu properties. Can someone pleae assist with these concerns? Using hp mouse.

Or just set the Start Navigation sound (in Windows Explorer) to none, rather than disable all sounds.
