MSN 6.0 Installation Problem

When installing MSN 6.0 I recieve the following error "Could not access network location <Common Administrative Tools>.Allusers\." If you click cancel you receive error code 1603. You can't also uninstall MSN 5.0 without the same error. I have reinstalled XP upgrade and updates. It appears not to be a missing file.

Any suggestions?

go to http://support.microsoft.com and type the error code into the search. That should give you some more information as to why it is happening, and how you can fix it.
