I have a windows xp professional fully updated on windows update site.

So, how can i put the updates on an installation cd of nlite?

using the updates that you have downloaded would be time consuming and tedious

use ryanVM's update or XUpdatePack

google for the packs, and then you can integrate the update packs into your nlite at the 'hotfixes and program addons' section.
