@eris23: KB92808 isn't an update, its just an article that lists out the XML vulnerabilities that are present in msxml4 and msxml6. (KB927978 and KB927977)

@rj66: How about adding msxml6-KB927977-enu-x86.exe to the list?

And since IE7 is being deployed through Automatic Updates, should 922760 be included in the update lists? (922760 affects only IE6)

Thanx for the feedback,

msxml6-KB927977-enu-x86.exe

will be included in the next lists..

- I wanna make IE7 the baseline for xp when all languages are released,

so until then i list also the IE6 hotfixes..

The ie7 baseline for xp implies:

removing Hotfixes not for IE7:

KB918899 (previous Cumulative IE5/6 update)

KB922760 (current Cumulative IE5/6 update)

KB923996 (update for previous Cumulative IE6 update for XP and 2K3)

KB925486 (Vulnerability in Vector Markup Language)

removing Hotfixes superseded by IE7:

Windows Script 5.6

KB917344 for previous Windows Script 5.6

KB924496 (Vulnerability in Windows Object Packager)

(big shoutout to Tomcat76 for his great info )
