Search Results Duplicates

Hi folks,

I have a problem in my PC that when i click on search and search for a file or an extension like *.jpg i am getting the results as duplicate files. It is showing multiple entries for the same item and it is duplicating. When i check in the orginal location of the file i found only one file over there, but the search results are showing two files.

Is there any suggestions for this. Do i have to run any batch or change the registry for this. please help.
