i wanted to know if it;s possible to prevent the installation of outlook express adress book and to disable windows synchronization through unattended setup

(i know about the components section in winnt.sif but i think it's not possible to disable these components with this method)

I dont think so, because Outlook Express comes with IE so you hav eto figure out a way to disable it this way.
