Task Scheduler

Is there a way to set up a task using task scheduler for all the PCs on a domain if yes how can this be done?

Alternatively this can be done with Desktop Authority. Using its Application Launcher settings you can set an applicaton to run on any specific PCs. Our monthly defragmentation is organized using this feature.
