Stone_age Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 I was just wondering if there is a tweak or fix or regedit I can do to stop the "configure your server wizzard" from popping up everytime I boot or reboot the server. For the most part, the server stays on, unless I'm going to be gone for a day or two. I already have eveything I need configured, and I'm not using it for a DNS or DHCP server, just a file, media, and print server. Also, Auto logon would be cool too.
allen2 Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Uncheck the box at lower side then close it with the cross and it should be ok.
Ctrl-X Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 At the bottom of the "Configure your server" windows, there's a "Don't show this again" option.AutoLogon is explained in http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/view/web/27/ (bottom of the page).

Ctrl-X Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 Well, Either I'm totally blind, or the checkbox is not there. WizzardRight, that one can't be ignored except through the registry tweak mentioned by cluberti. Don't forget to configure whatever it was that needed configuring though!
