docpat
I have created a powerpoint presentation and would like to save it to a cd. I read the manual and the Power point Dummies book, but can't find information about saving a ppt presentation to a disc. I saved the presentation in powerpoint, clicked "package as CD", but can't get it to copy. I have saved word documents to this CD, but cant figure out how to save this. It is definately a CD-RW disc with plenty of free space and I have the hardware to write CDs. I am running XP, office 2003. Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Please help if you can with easy step by step directions. Thank you

docpat
Thanks for your help. I figured it out. What I do is to save the ppt presentation to My Documents, then drag it to my desk top, then drag it ot my CD window and click Write to CD. It works. Idontwantspam
Just use the make presentation CD feature if you have PPT 2003. file > create presentation CD (or something like that). It'll put all the files as well as the powerpoint viewer on the cd for you. Automatically plays on any windows computer with windows 98se or newer.
