Does NLite work on a windows upgrade CD

This might be a stupid question but does Nlite work on a Windows XP Pro CD that you use to upgrade from like windows 2000 pro. Or does it have to be a CD that you use after you like format your hard drive.

Yes it does work fine with XP Pro Upgrade as I have used it fine. You can also install/boot from the CD but it will ask you for a 2000Pro CD at the start
