Outlook 2003 Calendar headers

Hi Everyone

Just wondered if somebody could help me on a little problem im having?

Is it possible to put in the heading (name) on a shared calendar so whichever user access it knows its certain resourses. So that staff are aware when booking and also it is possible that when staff are booking this room and it comes back with an automatic message

Hope this makes sense, anyone any ideas guys
