A question about Update Pack integration

I integrated Xtable's Post-SP2 Pack, RVM DX9.1.0 Addon and WMP 11 Addon first, and 80 .ca_ files were created in \i386\SVCPACK.

Then, I run n-Lite. After that, I found all files in \i386\SVCPACK were deleted. Why this occurs? Does it affect the previous integration? Or, what is the proper method to run n-lite after Update Pack/addon integration?
