how should I change the boot logo screen file in the Windows XP CD that when I install XP it has the modified screen?

just alter the original file, then modifype it then recab it and replace it on the disk,, and if thats not the way you want to go about it, you can always try reading the guide on other methods,

Thanks 'lost soul' but i do like that,but after GUI installation it will change to windows standard and system hang.when i use /SOS extention on boot.ini file i found that the file name is ntoskrnl.exe and actualy its internal name is ntkrnlmp.exe
