XP Stick after upgrading Bios in Biostar mainboard

Hi everyone,

I have a Athlon XP 2800 Batron CPU, with a Biostar M7VIK Mainboard. The problem is that when i got the mainboard, it doesn't read the cpu correctly, so i went to their wed site and have the Bios Upgrade.

The upgrade went find and it read the CPU correctly, but when i play games while downloading files, the pc stick in about a minute or 2. Can anyone tell me why is that? It was running perfectly before the Bios Upgrade. and I am using Windows XP
