Hungry Outlook

Hi, I was in the US for two weeks where I used Outlook for the first time.

It downloaded all my emails automatically, and now they are not anymore on the server.

Here's my question:

Since my dad would be able to send the emails to me from the US, how can he do that?

And second, how can he switch the auto-eating-emails function off?

Go to Tools ---> Options ---> Mail Setup ---> E-mail accounts, select your account ---> Edit ---> Advanced ---> check the box that reads "Leave a copy of messages on the server". Good luck!
